What is Pool Mastic?
Pool Mastic is the caulk-like material between the coping and the pool deck. It is an often overlooked maintenance item for swimming pools and can save you thousands of dollars in expensive repairs and remodeling.

Mastic usually needs to be replaced every 3-5 years. Signs of worn out mastic include cracks, separation, weeds, unlevel deck and coping, and disintegrated or missing mastic in the joint.
